The SPRINGER Variowing revolutionises winter maintenance by flexibly adjusting to varying road widths. Roads in the mountains, in towns or in rural areas can have varying widths, which presents a challenge for conventional snowploughs. However, using snowploughs with different widths is neither cost-effective nor efficient.
This is where the Variowing comes in. This lateral snowplough offers the perfect solution with upright ploughshares that enable variable adjustment of the clearing width in just a few seconds. With a width extension of up to 1.2 m, the Variowing effortlessly adjusts to a varying road widths. The hydraulic lifting and swivelling device ensures precise adjustment to the local conditions.
Indirect lighting of the Vario blade provides optimum visibility, even in difficult weather conditions. This function contributes to the safety and efficiency of the clearing process, especially in the early morning hours or in poor lighting conditions.
