With a single-screw conveyor system (optionally available as a double-screw system), a high filling volume and design that accommodates dry salt and brine, the ASE offers impressive spreading widths and a precise spreading pattern up to PWS 100. Maximum performance, precision and flexibility for efficient winter maintenance
The compact sheet metal design of the ASE 225 - 280 spreading machine guarantees optimum stability and manoeuvrability when in use. The screw conveyor system, fully hydraulic drive and feedback HD motors with target-actual comparison help this series achieve maximum performance along with precise metering of the gritting material.
The fold-out spreader (weight-compensated by means of gas struts) enables flexible work, while the stainless steel spreading material chute and disperser guarantee maximum reliability and a long service life. The spindle-adjustable struts on the set-down device offer ultimate flexibility, and the adjustable pre-wetted salt application setting from PWS 10 to PWS 100 optimises the range of applications.
Travel-controlled spreading with intuitive operation, automatic material stop when the vehicle is stationary and the foldable roof for complete opening make the ASE extremely user-friendly. The ASE also sets new standards in winter maintenance with an access ladder made of stainless steel, working lights for monitoring the spreading process, mounted brine hoppers with level indicators, a warning beacon, warning marking in acc. with RVS and optional features such as a stainless steel design, electrical adjustment of the spreading pattern, electronic spreading control and hydraulic screw revision.
